Commissioning a painting gives you the opportunity to own and enjoy a unique work of art that has special meaning to you and your family.

I have painted numerous commissions in both formal and informal styles, and many of my paintings are in private homes and collections.

Three quarter pose – £2000

Your figure in an interior or exterior scene of your chosing.

Small (50 cm 60 cm 70 cm ) £1600. Larger (80cm or 100cm) £2000

Conversation pieces - £2500+ depending on number of figures and background,(per extra figure £500 aprox)

Always fascinated by the light that pours in, energising the stillness of a room, the contrast of outside and inside, dark and light, Annabel Mednick explores the drama of the quiet moment.

In between the big events of life – birth, death etc – people are living normal lives, her work is a celebration of that.

The square format and the absence of a frame add a contemporary twist to a timeless subject. In her interiors, the stones of the building have been there for centuries, while the people are transient; the light from the outside world comes in and moves around them, linking them to the past, the future and everyone else.
